The Bolt to College Program is a new initiative that will help Fresno City College students get to school. This program will use all-electric Chevrolet Bolt EV cars along with a ride-sharing service to transport students from Kerman and the surrounding areas to campus.

Students can get picked up and dropped off from their homes for a monthly fee of $10 dollars, making it a huge savings for students. It costs about $300 per month for gas and commuting costs for students who commute from the Kerman area to Fresno City College.

The pilot program will launch next semester and students will be able to sign up later this spring. It will run for two semesters but could be extended depending on ridership.
