Description:

Prepares
food for classrooms after receiving it from Food Preparation
Center. Assists in
the dish-up and assembly of food and bulk meals. Assists in storage and
distribution of food at Franklin Head Start. Sets up and washes various
food service equipment. Cleans and sanitizes premises. Washes pots and
pans. On a schedule, cleans the freezer and refrigerators. Performs other
duties as assigned by Center Director. Attends training meetings. Adheres
to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA-1992) which prohibits
discriminatory actions toward children and/or adult with disabilities. In
particular, children with disabilities are enrolled in the classroom as
mandated by Federal Law. Strict compliance with universal precautions in
the classroom or during home visit and when administering first aid.
Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.
