Directly
supervises and conducts performance evaluations of Home Visitors within assigned
Home Base areas. Assists in implementation of program objectives for FCEOC
Head Start Home Base Program.
Responsible for regular on-site
visits to evaluate quality and progress of services provided to Home Base families. Plans
and conducts training to improve Home Visitor skills and increase knowledge
of all services provided in Head Start.
Provides technical assistance in
the hiring of personnel, purchasing of supplies and
preparation of reporting forms.
Prepares and submits accurate
reports as required. Coordinates Home Base activities with other Head Start
components. Attends PC meetings when necessary.
Maintains confidentiality of all
records and information on Head Start families. Strict compliance with
universal precautions in the classroom or during home visits and when
administering first aid.
Performs special assignments as
required.
