Driver Positions:
Must attach to application a copy of Class A or B license, VDDP / GPPV /
VTT or School Bus Certificate, DMV printout, and any additional
Certificates required by position.
Para-Transit Driver
- $10.65/hour Under supervision to transport developmentally disabled
passengers driving a 14-passenger van. Possess a valid Class B-P commercial
driver’s license. Background in developmental disabilities and basic
behavior management techniques. Ability to handle minimum of 50 pounds body
weight. Fingerprinting by CHP
and VDDP Certificate required (or able to obtain VDDP within 60 days of
employment).
FCRTA Transit Driver
- $10.65/hour Transport seniors and general public in rural Fresno County. Possession of a valid Class
B CDL with a passenger
endorsement. GPPV certified. Minimum of six (6) months experience.
FCRTA Transit Driver (Air Brake
certification)-
$12.33/hour Transport seniors and general public in rural Fresno County.
Possession of a valid Class B CDL
with a passenger endorsement. GPPV certified. Minimum of six (6) months
experience.
School Bus Driver
- $12.33/hour Transport children enrolled in EOC
Head Start program and perform janitorial duties as assigned at Head Start
site. Possess a valid Class B CDL
with a valid Type I school bus driver certificate. A minimum of six (6)
months experience.
