The focus of the program is to promote healthy interactions and engagement between parents and their young children.

The program - which addresses the developmental, education, and health needs of children 0 to 5 years of age, with a priority on children 0 to 3 years of age - offers parents one-on-one guidance and assistance in the comfort of their own home.  Family Connections West Fresno strengthens families through home visitation based on family needs, providing resources and referrals, and support through parent meetings and training.

Family Connections West Fresno is a First 5 funded program - it's all about the kids.
