A Lead WIC Nutrition Assistant at our Kings Canyon office, Jacqueline stands out for her tactfulness, resourcefulness, and flexibility. She is respectful with clients and staff when addressing concerns and questions. She works well with others, can keep a calm demeanor during busy times and is known to be fair with team members. Jacqueline demonstrates empathy by making sure all our clients feel welcomed, respected and leave knowing they have received exceptional service.
She enjoys keeping busy, is quick on her feet, resourceful around the clinic and is more than willing to find an answer to a concern or question a client or staff might need assistance with at any given moment. Jacqueline continues to be a role model for staff during times of need.
A problem solver, Jacqueline consistently finds ways to improve service and makes sure our clinics are running efficiently and are presentable. Her flexibility is on display as she completes her lead duties and responsibilities while doing counseling with clients.
