Congratulations to Laura Aviles, our Employee of the Month for October! Laura has been at Fresno EOC WIC since January 2013 and works at our East Shaw office as a WIC Nutrition Assistant.
Laura demonstrates exemplary attitude on a daily basis and has excellent customer service skills. She checks in with the front desk first thing in the morning and at the end of the day to assure every client’s needs are met. She gives testimony to our core values, going out of her way to accommodate special needs of our clients. She is a true team player, volunteering for extra Saturdays, Farmer’s Market, Holidays, covering staff shifts, and staying late.
Laura is flexible, hardworking and generous just to name a few of her outstanding attributes. She displays great initiative, always looking for ways to improve service and better our program. Laura is an exemplary and superb employee who embodies our Fresno EOC WIC vision, mission, and core values. Congratulations Laura!!!
