Access to Technology is a free digital literacy program offered by Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (Fresno EOC) designed to help people of all ages build confidence and skills with everyday technology. The program offers no-cost technology classes and support, teaching participants how to use smartphones, tablets, computers, and the internet safely and confidently.

Digital Literacy for Adults 60 and Older

Our program uses a senior-focused curriculum that is paced, practical, and relevant to everyday life. Access to Technology helps older adults build confidence using digital tools for communication, online services, and daily tasks while learning how to stay safe and secure online. Classes are offered in English, Spanish, and Hmong, with hands-on instruction and patient guidance. Best of all, the program is completely free.

Bridging Generations in Rural Communities for Adults 18-59

Access to Technology Program is excited to introduce a new FREE digital and computer course for participants ages 18–59. These fun and engaging classes are designed to help participants become job-ready, confidently navigate the internet, and build greater awareness and skills in using technology.

Courses will be offered at participating locations, including Huron, Mendota, Orange Cove, Parlier, San Joaquin, and Sanger.
