Since 1965, Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (Fresno EOC) has been creating pathways to opportunity for individuals and families throughout Fresno County. As one of the nation’s largest Community Action Agencies, we serve more than 100,000 people each year through over 30 programs focused on education, workforce development, housing, health, nutrition, economic development, and family support.
