Cinnamon delight is an easy recipe for kids to help with and it tastes great! Use your WIC fruit and bulger purchases to make this dish!

2/3 cup water
½ cup dry bulgur
¼ cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 banana, sliced
In a saucepan, bring water and bulgur to a boil.
Turn off heat, stir in raisins, and cover with lid. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Drain any excess water. Stir in cinnamon and brown sugar.
Top with bananas.
Did you know? … Bulgur is a whole wheat grain that has been pre-cooked, dried, and ground into smaller pieces.
