Human Trafficking is happening in the Central Valley. In 2017 alone, 78 new survivors have been identified and connected to our Project. Fresno EOC Central Valley Against Human Trafficking is committed to providing comprehensive services to all victims and survivors regardless of age, gender or immigration status.
The first year of the California Office of Emergency Services report has been released. Of the 11 Pilot projects throughout the State of California selected as grantees, Fresno EOC Central Valley against Human Trafficking served 15% of all victims identified and nearly half of total labor cases originated from the region. Services such as emergency and transitional shelter, comprehensive case management and legal assistance are vital to the recovery and support of survivors facing the challenging aftermath of exploitation.
