New to the Café EOC Catering team is Mora Phann. Mora serves as the Catering Coordinator and is the mastermind behind the events. With high energy and passion for his job, he works with clients to execute a plan for everything from weddings to business conferences, banquets, and barbeques. “I get in touch with the client and find out what their needs are. I try to find out what they are envisioning. I plan and prepare, so we can achieve their goals.”

Mora has been in the catering business for more than ten years and has worked on catering teams at St. Agnes, Clovis, and Madera hospitals. He started with Café EOC Catering in August and has a small team to assist with catering.

Recently, Mora and his team provided small bites for an ArtHop event. With a Thanksgiving theme in mind, they cooked up turkey meatballs, bacon-wrapped stuffing, pumpkin pie bites, and delicious hot cocoa.

Café EOC Catering provides a comprehensive catering service to ensure you enjoy a worry-free planning process. The staff can service events for more than 400 people (depending on the event) in the Fresno County area. They offer an extensive menu and can also create custom fare. They ask that you book at least three weeks ahead of the event to ensure they have time to gather all the necessary ingredients and supplies. If you run into an emergency, they will allow you to order 72 hours prior.

Mora says each day can be dramatically different and he enjoys creating custom culinary designs for customers. “I love working with clients and then bringing it all together—great-tasting food that is visually appealing and tailored to their event. It’s an amazing feeling to have it all come together and see that the customers are happy with our services.”
