The Public Defender’s Office in partnership with the Fresno EOC Local Conservation Corps/YouthBuild Fresno is assisting qualifying individuals with cleaning up their record under Proposition 47 and Proposition 64. Proposition 47 reclassified many nonviolent felony offenses to misdemeanors, while Proposition 64 legalized marijuana making many offenses invalid or misdemeanors. Please sign up for your appointment with the Fresno EOC Local Conservation Corps.
