Congratulations to Sylvia De La Cruz, our Employee of the Month for April! Sylvia has been at Fresno EOC WIC in 2002 and works at the Shields office as a Lead WIC Nutrition Assistant.
She’s an exceptional and efficient employee going above and beyond ensuring that the office is well organized and that clients receive outstanding service. She consistently greets clients with a smile and ensures that clients are served in a timely manner whether it be running the front desk or counseling in the back. Sylvia is an employee who truly enjoys her job and loves to help others. She continually takes initiative, and can be counted on to do just about anything that is needed. She’s professional, positive, a team player, and a great asset to the program. We appreciate her commitment and the hard work she does for the WIC program. Sylvia is a well-rounded employee and embodies our WIC vision, mission, and our core values.
