An employee of Fresno EOC WIC for 36 years, Jean Whittle is a remarkable employee who makes a lasting impression on every person she talks to. As the Lead WNA at the West Shaw WIC office, Jean stands out for her outstanding customer service and positive attitude. She is kind, compassionate, and respectful with our clients and staff. Anyone who walks in through the door can expect to be greeted with a smile from Jean. A person with a giving heart, Jean always goes above and beyond for clients and staff by finding ways in which she can help people. Even if it’s something as little as providing a listening ear, Jean is always there to help. In a fast paced work environment, Jean serves as a calming energy for all who have the pleasure of working with her. Reliable, efficient, and independent, Jean can always be counted on to have tasks completed. Most of the time, Jean has already completed the task before being asked. She volunteers readily and routinely comes to work early, often starts working before she should.
