Congratulations to Veronica Lerma, our Employee of the Month for March! Veronica has been at Fresno EOC WIC since May 2009 and works at our Kings Canyon office.
Veronica is an outstanding team member who is always willing to go the extra mile for staff and participants. Whether it’s volunteering to stay late or helping with office upkeep, Veronica consistently shows initiative in helping to better her office and her team. Her positive attitude, kindness, and easy going personality can be seen throughout all of her daily interactions. A perfectionist at heart, Veronica always seeks clarifications and follows up with Supervisors on policies and procedures to ensure her work is completed properly.
Her customer service skills are exceptional. She always takes the time to ensure all participants have all the information and resources they may need. Veronica is an exemplary employee who we can count on for her unfailing teamwork, positive attitude, great attendance and initiative.
