Comprehensive Clinic Services for Teens and Adults

Community Health Center

Fresno EOC Health Services’ Community Health Center is a primary care and comprehensive family planning and reproductive health clinic.

We provide education, counseling, and treatment services to men, women, and teens of reproductive age at risk for unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. We provide high standard, confidential, and comprehensive medical services to low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and insured adults and adolescents.

Reproductive, Relationship, Substance Abuse, and More

Fresno EOC Health Services also provides education classes about teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted infection prevention, healthy relationships, clinical linkages, and substance abuse through the California Personal Responsibility Education Program (CA PREP).

About Fresno EOC Health Services

Fresno EOC Health Services

We see low income, no income, insured and uninsured men, women, and teens of reproductive age. Please call the Community Health Center Clinic at (559) 499-1690 to schedule an appointment with the physician.

Services are provided at little or no cost. Men, women, and teens or reproductive age may qualify for Family PACT (Family Planning Access Care and Treatment) services. This program can help you get what you need at no cost.

We accept Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Managed Care, Blue Cross, Health Net, Family PACT, and a sliding fee scale rate based on Federal Poverty Level income for patients that do not meet insurance requirements.
