HOME VISITATION SERVICES
Serving Fresno County families with children ages 0 to 5 and covered by Medi-Cal, to improve the physical and emotional well-being of babies and young children.
We provide coordinated care focused on family support, child development assessments, and community-based referrals to services addressing the needs of the child and the whole family living in the household.
We also provide educational materials, family events, and referrals to food/nutrition services, job assistance/training, education, financial/energy assistance, and other needed services.
