Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission under the Sanctuary and Support Services Program is hosting the SCAN (Senior Care Action Network) project to help seniors/elderly who are age 55+ with their rent or utility bills. The SCAN Project is part of Fresno EOC’s initiative to help end poverty one step at a time.
