SCAN Project 2025

Welcome to the SCAN project.

Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission under the Sanctuary and Support Services Program is hosting the SCAN (Senior Care Action Network) project to help seniors/elderly who are age 55+ with their rent or utility bills. The SCAN Project is part of Fresno EOC’s initiative to help end poverty one step at a time.

The SCAN project lasts until June 30, 2025, or until funds are exhausted, whichever comes first. Make sure to apply at your earliest convenience to be accepted before our fund runs out.

Bring all necessary required documents if you are doing a in-person form.
