Fresno EOC is proud to announce that Paul McLain-Lugowski, Chief Innovative Officer, was recently recognized as one of the two recipients of the Corps Network 2015 Legacy Achievement Award. Mr. McLain-Lugowski is the Former and Founding Director of the Fresno EOC Local Conservation Corps (LCC). In 2013, Fresno EOC LCC celebrated its 20th Anniversary and over the years, has helped transform the lives of thousands of at-risk/opportunity youth in the Fresno area. These successes wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and vision of Paul McLain-Lugowski.
“I am very honored and humbled to receive this achievement from the Corps Network however no one accomplishes anything without a terrific supporting cast. I’m very proud of the leaders I surrounded myself with; their dedication, loyalty, and consistently reliable and professional work placed the Fresno Corps among the elite youth development programs in the nation,” said Paul McLain-Lugowski.
Paul has never left the Corps, his commitment endures. During the past five years, Paul created and leads the dynamic and strategic Planning Office of Fresno EOC, one of the largest community action agencies in the United States.
