Congratulations to Gladis Perez, our Employee of the Month for September. Gladis serves our Kings Canyon site as a WIC Nutrition Assistant and Certified Lactation Counselor. She is known for her sunny and bright personality and outstanding customer service skills.
She’s an exceptional and efficient employee going above and beyond assisting the front desk and with any other office duties as needed. Gladis’ thoroughness, high energy plus empathic demeanor allows her the opportunity to be helpful during all her interactions at WIC.
Gladis sees extra clients not assigned to her, volunteers for committees and stays after hours to serve clients. She is always more than willing to collaborate during our meetings and events. Gladis has earned Kings Canyon’s staff trust by fostering a positive and upbeat attitude.
Gladis is well liked by her peers and has earned their trust by going out of her way offering a helping hand during work-related situations or making sure she made one person smile during the day. She is also very knowledgeable and rarely needs assistance when completing her daily tasks or when she helps the front desk.
