Safe Place
TXT 4 HELP
Text the word “safe” and your current location (address, city, state) to 4HELP (44357) for 24-hour text-for-support service for teens in crisis. TXT 4 HELP counselors can provide support via text, and can offer additional suggestions for immediate help regardless of where you are. More info available here.
National Runaway Safeline
- You won’t be judged. We encourage you to speak openly and honestly.
- You’ll receive help from a trained team member. Each staff member and volunteer is prepared to respond to your needs.
- Your information will be kept confidential.
- You won’t be pressured for information.

We are here to help. When a person under the age of 18 contacts our agency, program staff will assess each situation to determine the most appropriate course of action and provide referrals to services based on your needs:
- Mental health systems
- Substance use prevention
- Family counseling services
- And more
