The event marked the successful collaboration with: Fresno EOC, Transform Fresno, Inside out Community Garden, Advance Peace, Another Level Training Academy, Community Justice Center, and African Drum Interactive.
As families strolled through the festival grounds, they found themselves immersed in a world of knowledge and resources. The event was a map of valuable tips and insights, with various programs offering a wealth of information to eager participants.
Among the many rememberable highlights, the African Drum Interactive experience stood out as a crowd favorite. Enthusiastic attendees gathered to share the rhythm of the moment, guided by a team of skilled mentors. In the heart of the fest, many around the neighborhood could hear powerful beats of African drums, and participants discovered the magic of making music together. Throughout the fest, local artists guided both kids and parents in painting two beautiful murals. Attendees got hands-on experience in mural creation and unleashed their creativity. Delicious food from different vendors satisfied families’ appetites and as an extra sprinkle of joy, prizes were awarded to those who explored each booth, adding an element of discovery to the festivity.
