Fruit Omelet

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup assorted fruit, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add eggs and cook until set. Remove frompan.
3. Add sliced fruit and fold in half.
