On Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, the West Family Resource Center and the Fresno EOC Local Conversation Corps held their annual Halloween Safe Night Out. The event provided a fun and safe Halloween experience for the hundreds of families that attended.

California Ave. served as the vibrant backdrop for the Halloween Safe Night Out event. Local organizations pulled out all the stops to make the trunk-or-treat experience unforgettable. Creatively decorated cars lined up along the street, each offering lots of candy and goodies to trick-or-treaters. Families strolled from one decorated vehicle to the next, collecting treats and sharing smiles.

One of the most heartwarming aspects of the Halloween Safe Night Out was that it was entirely free of charge. This community-driven event welcomed families from all walks of life, offering a safe and inclusive environment to celebrate the spookiest night of the year. The event showcased the power of community collaboration, uniting various programs and partners in a shared commitment to provide a memorable Halloween celebration for all.
