To date, more than 330,000 youth nationwide have been helped at one of the nearly 20,000 Safe Place site locations or received counseling by phone as a result of the Safe Place program. Sanger Lions Club Makes Donation to Fresno EOC’s Sanctuary and Transitional Living Center Residents The Sanger Lions Club collected over 20 suitcases and duffle bags for the Fresno EOC Sanctuary and Transitional Living Center residents. Local Conservation Corps
For the past two months, an LCC crew has performed work in the Sequoia National Park as part of a project funded through a private donation to the National Park Foundation. This project was performed under our 21st Century designation and Sue Carter, who has spear headed our Public Lands work, along with Ismael Barajas, who supervised the project, were the leads.
