Sunshine Broccoli

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
¼ cup water
2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and seeded
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat,sauté ginger and garlic in olive oil untilfragrant.
2. Add broccoli and water. Cover skillet andcook until crisp-tender.
3. Stir in orange sections and soy sauce. Cookuntil heated through.
