Energy Bars – “Let’s Cook with Kids”
ENERGY BARS Kids can help! Serves 8 INGREDIENTS: cooking spray 5 tablespoons butter ¼ cup brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoons honey 1 ½ cup rolled old fashioned oats ¼ cup dried mango, chopped ¼ cup raisins ¼ cup dried cranberries ¼ cup pepitas ¼ teaspoon salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1. An employee of Fresno EOC WIC for 36 years, Jean Whittle is a remarkable employee who makes a lasting impression on every person she talks to. As the Lead WNA at the West Shaw WIC office, Jean stands out for her outstanding customer service and positive attitude. She is kind, compassionate, and respectful with our clients and staff. Anyone who walks in through the door can expect to be greeted with a smile from Jean.
